The recent growth on the Sui chain is quite impressive—DEX daily trading volume has surpassed $400 million, and on-chain applications and user activity are soaring. Walrus, this storage protocol, has just ridden this wave of ecosystem explosion, and its official incubation background gives it a natural advantage within the ecosystem.

The interesting part is the collaborative design between Walrus and Sui. On one level, Walrus leverages Sui's storage fund mechanism to address cost issues—users can retrieve storage fees when deleting data, which is a clever sustainable design. On another level, a large amount of blob data storage is transferred to an independent node network, so it doesn't put pressure on Sui validators. Both work together, each doing their own job.

WAL and SUI form a complementary relationship: WAL focuses on the storage track, while SUI handles on-chain interactions, each doing their part well. Currently, new applications like BTCfi and lending protocols are launching one after another in the Sui ecosystem, and the demand for storage will only grow. As the underlying support, Walrus, with the accumulation of network effects, makes the ecosystem value space of WAL quite worth paying attention to.

ngl the storage refund mechanism is actually game theory optimal... data deletion incentives go hard fr fr 📊

Sui this wave really can't hold up anymore, DEX has already reached 400 million dollars? Walrus seizing the opportunity is still smart, but it feels a bit like benefiting from official dividends.

Damn, $400 million in single-day trading volume? Sui is about to take off, and joining this train with Walrus is indeed a smart move. Official incubation is like having loving parents; there's no fear of lacking an ecosystem... Wait, can deleting data recover costs? This design is truly brilliant. Finally, a project has thought about users' wallets, haha. Separating the data layer from the interaction layer is a clear architectural idea, but whether WAL can truly rise depends on how many applications will actually use it in the future... After the wave of BTCfi and lending, the storage demand has indeed increased, but the inflation risk also seems quite high. Not all projects can survive long-term.

Haha, Sui is indeed impressive this time, but can Walrus really benefit from this wave of opportunities? It still feels too dependent on official support.

ngl the refundable storage fee mechanism is lowkey genius from an opportunity cost standpoint... but let's be real, once the ecosystem bloats enough someone's gonna find the mev angle here. worth watching the validator load metrics tbh

Sui's recent move is indeed impressive, but Walrus's design is quite clever—being able to refund by deleting data, who came up with such a good idea?

Hmm, this design is indeed excellent. This is the first time I've seen a logic where you can delete data and still get a refund.

Sui this wave is indeed fierce, but whether Walrus can withstand the subsequent volume still depends on the situation; official incubation is not a guarantee. --- The logic of storage fee refunds is okay, but what if the ecosystem truly explodes and the data volume can't keep up? --- Doing one's own job sounds good, but in reality, one often drags down another. Let's wait and see. --- WAL is being hyped up now; wait two months and see. Only after the ecosystem's popularity drops will we know if it's truly valuable. --- To put it simply, the Sui ecosystem has grown, and Walrus has benefited, but who can say how long this can last.

Hmm... Sui is indeed strong this time, but whether Walrus can withstand it is the real key.
