Impatience and urgency cause you to enter the market frequently, only to miss out again and again. A luck-driven mindset leads you to blow up your account repeatedly, holding on during floating losses and ending up with nothing. Greed drives you to chase highs, while fear makes you cut losses. How many times have you made decisions at the worst moments?

Looking at the current state of the crypto world, it's clear—95% of people are losing money. So why can the remaining 5% achieve stable profits? Ultimately, their trading logic, risk management, and mental discipline are on a completely different level from yours.

The same Bitcoin trend, the same market opportunities—why is the gap so huge? Because a few people know how to exercise restraint, while the majority become slaves to their emotions.

That's right, I am one of that 95%. I'm still reflecting on why I always chase gains and sell at losses. This is the inner demon. I know I should restrain myself, but I just can't control it. Seeing others make money makes me jealous, so I go all in, and then a single stop-loss at the limit down wipes me out. The key is that after each loss, I understand the principles, but when the next opportunity comes, I repeat the same mistakes. That's the most despairing part. I think I need to find a trading system that can trap me, so that emotions have no room to take over.

You're not wrong, but I am indeed part of that 95%... I bought in again at a high last week. Greed really is poison.

Ultimately, you still need the mindset of surfing; don't always think that a big wave will bring you ashore. I've seen too many people who only know how to read K-lines but can't interpret liquidity depth, and as a result, get wiped out at critical moments. To put it simply, they haven't understood capital efficiency.

Really, every time my emotions flare up, everything just disappears, and I can't stop at all. Ultimately, it's still a lack of discipline; I can't sit still when I see others making money. The 5% are indeed different, but I don't know which side I belong to. Cutting losses is the most painful, yet I always seem to do it at the bottom. The hardest part of trading isn't reading the trend; it's controlling that hand of mine.

Honestly, every time I read articles like this, I think of the moments when I got my face slapped... Chasing highs and cutting losses is indeed a skill; no one is immune to it. Ultimately, it's a matter of mentality. Many people understand this principle, but only a few can truly do it. I just want to know how that 5% of people made it through—do they really have a secret, or are they just tougher than us?

Ha, it's the same old story. I just want to ask, why is that 5% so stable? Why have I never encountered it? Is it really a mindset issue, or do they have insider information? You're right, but after hearing it, I still cut my losses. That's just ridiculous. Self-control? You're joking. When the market moves, who can resist? When the heat hits, I go all in. It's really just fate. The money is always earned by a minority. My fate is decided by heaven, not by me.

You're right, I'm one of those 95% myself haha, lost money so badly it hurt. The hardest part isn't predicting the market, it's controlling your own mouth and hands. It's the same story every time—see other people in the 5% making money and get jealous, then jump in and get trapped. Really need to get your head straight first. Human weakness really is the biggest enemy, that hit hard. Instead of blaming the market, better to ask yourself if you can actually practice real discipline. My problem is I set my stop losses too loose, only think about it after losing 50%... Reading these articles every day doesn't help, you only learn after hitting the wall yourself. Actually the ones making the most money are the boring ones, the type who play crypto until they have no emotions left.

At the end of the day, it's all about mindset. People without discipline are just leeks. --- Isn't it just greed? Wanting to sit back and win without technical reserves. --- I just want to know how that 5% managed to resist chasing highs. I really can't hold back. --- It's always the same theory, but I just can't change it, brother. --- When losing money, everything seems right; when making money, then regret sets in. Cycle 😅. --- The word "self-control" sounds simple, but in real trading, it's impossible to truly give up. --- Can you stay calm and hold your position when prices are falling? I just can't do it. --- Rather than saying we're emotional slaves, maybe we're just gamblers at heart. --- The only difference is one word: wait. But who can really wait? --- I'm tired of hearing that. I just want to know how to jump out of the 95%.

To be honest, I belong to that 95% of people who frequently hurt themselves. Every time, I think this time I can turn things around, but I miss the opportunity again. Reading this article kind of hurts.
