The applause always comes too late.

When you're still in the dreaming stage, no one pays attention to you. Only when you truly accomplish something and accumulate a certain amount will people start to get close.

It's like a marathon, with cheers at the start and applause at the finish, but the hardest part? The middle section. At that time, the field is empty. You're coding late into the night, tuning parameters, fixing bugs—no reporters interviewing, no capital paying attention, even your social circle is quiet. When you really need encouragement, it's often just you holding on.

This is not a complaint, just the truth. Once you understand this, you'll be able to walk forward more firmly.
