$QQQ didn't quite nail the breakout last Friday. The weekly close landed just $1 above the 2025 R2 pivot—frustratingly close, but we're still beneath the year's highest weekly close at 629. So, no breakout confirmed yet.
Here's what traders are watching: once we slam through 629 on a weekly close, that clears the path upward. The next real target? 2026 R1 pivot sitting at 700. Getting there would be a different story entirely, but first things first—we need that weekly close above 629 to validate the move.

629 almost broke through, this time I really feel suffocated.

Missing just one dollar is really incredible; such a close call can really drive people crazy.

lol $1 away from the breakout... classic tease. seen this movie before, doesn't usually end well for retail fomo'ing in rn. 629 or bust i guess, but ngl the fact we're THIS close yet still can't seal it is kinda telling. patience or rekt, pick one.

Is it just one dollar away from breaking down? This data needs to be verified again before drawing a conclusion.

Just one dollar short... This luck is really incredible. Let's wait and see if 629 can break through.

Level 629 is really frustrating, just a little more and I would have passed. Now I'm just waiting for a strong weekly close.

lol the $1 tease is peak market psychology... but honestly? this is exactly where adoption curves flatten before they spike. most retail won't even understand the network effects at play here when we crack 629. they're just looking at the number, not the infrastructure underneath. anyway, 700 is the real convergence point imo
