Let me take a look at this data... The fact that large institutions are continuously accumulating coins can indeed be verified on-chain, but the term "strong conviction" is a bit vague. It's important to distinguish whether they are truly accumulating or just using borrowed coins to short, as on-chain footprints won't lie.
