I took 3mg of Semaglutide for a week, eating normally (appetite decreased), with no significant side effects. Today is the first day taking 7mg of Semaglutide, after eating more than half a fish sandwich, I experienced diarrhea to the point of exhaustion. I checked Xiaohongshu, and found that the injectable version of Semaglutide and the oral version can cause diarrhea or watery stools when eating greasy foods or eating the same amount as before. 🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨🫨
