Hello, you can click "Start Trading" to begin, or you can contact online customer service for specific guidance. On the app, go to Home - top left icon - pop-up page, click the top right corner 🎧 - Contact Customer Service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "Manual" in the input box below - reply with the message "Transfer to human" and select the relevant issue.
