On February 22, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin published a post outlining multiple ideas for leveraging AI and personal LLMs (large language models) to optimize democracy and decentralized governance.⭐️⭐️⭐️
He argued that “AI directly acting as the government” would be dystopian, but suggested that mechanisms such as personal governance agents, civic participation dialogue agents, and AI-integrated proposal/prediction markets could help address the limitations of human attention and expertise in DAO and other governance systems.
