The altcoin season index has been hovering around 25/100 for a long time, with token numbers skyrocketing and funds severely diluted. Institutional capital has been pouring into BTC, ETH, SOL, and XRP through ETFs, with little interest in other altcoins.
But after the big waves, projects with real revenue are rising against the trend.
The on-chain value of RWA assets is approximately $25 billion, with BlackRock’s BUIDL and Franklin Templeton’s Benji accelerating their deployment.

AI agent tokens are opening up a new valuation dimension called “aGDP,” and the integration of AI and Crypto is expected to soon see a major breakout.

Renowned analyst Michaël van de Poppe predicts that 2026 will selectively reward patient investors, but also warns that most altcoins may not survive;
Moonrock Capital founder Simon Dedic also predicts “2026 will be the return of the altcoin season,” referring only to the leading mainstream altcoins.

The consensus is clear: it’s not a broad rally, but the top 1% of projects capturing the majority of gains.
