Should I accept this money or not?

My mom transferred money to me yesterday, I didn't accept it, and today she specifically called to ask if I look down on that money and insisted I must accept it!
Who is still being supported by their mom in their 30s?
Why did she transfer money to me?
Because I spent quite a bit on traveling abroad with her and my mother-in-law during the New Year.
After we returned, my father-in-law suddenly went into ICU, sometimes costing over ten thousand a day. My mother-in-law recently went back to her hometown to take care of him. Usually, my second child is taken care of by her, but now only the second child is in daycare.
