火星财经消息，据 Whale Alert 监测，一个 Tron 链上地址持有的 11,960,680 枚 USDT 刚刚被发行方 Tether 冻结。Tether 通过其智能合约内置的黑名单功能实现 USDT 冻结机制，管理员调用 addBlackList 函数将特定地址加入黑名单后，该地址的 USDT 转入转出全部失效，余额仍可见但永久锁死，通常因洗钱、诈骗或制裁相关执法要求触发。Tether 在过去几年已经累计冻结超 42 亿美元的 USDT，大部分发生在 2023 年后。
