Mars Finance News: On March 24, the Shenzhen Development and Reform Commission released the “Work Plan for Optimizing the Market-Oriented Business Environment in Shenzhen by 2026.” The plan proposes accelerating the commercialization of intelligent connected vehicles. It promotes the construction of Shenzhen’s intelligent connected vehicle government supervision platform, implements graded and classified opening of the city’s intelligent connected vehicle testing and demonstration roads, and explores pilot programs for autonomous driving technology in scenarios such as public transportation, taxis, ride-hailing, and logistics delivery according to regulations. The plan also encourages large-scale application of functional unmanned small vehicles. Nanshan District and Bao’an District will serve as pilot areas to unify cross-district standards for the commercialization, technical standards, and regulatory frameworks of intelligent connected vehicles, promoting road network connectivity and mutual recognition of qualifications.
