The most important factor in becoming wealthy is — the desire to make money. When most people talk about rich people, they tend to think it's because they are capable, smart, talented, or come from a good background. But in reality, none of that is the most important thing; the desire to earn big money is the most crucial. Without the desire to make a lot of money, they will choose to work for others, and even when starting a business, they will settle for being comfortably well-off. This is one of the most mind-changing realizations I have had since becoming an adult.
