worker #воркер # slang #NFTCommunity
I just came across an interesting term I often hear in the crypto community. A worker is essentially a hired professional who takes on specific tasks by agreement. It sounds simple, but in practice it’s a whole mechanism of interaction.
The main idea is this: there’s an investor with capital, but they’re too lazy to handle all the operational details. They don’t want to spend time on marketing, communication, project management, or other activities. That’s why they hire workers—people who are willing to fill specific roles within a team of crypto enthusiasts.
A worker is, essentially, contract work that arises when there are clear tasks and someone who’s ready to carry them out. These collaborations often happen in the NFT community, where projects move fast and need people for different positions.
