Free Bitcoin Giveaway? Actually a Scam

Have you seen the news these days about the "Bitcoin faucet returning after 16 years"? Jack Dorsey's Block team announced proudly that on April 6th, they launched a new faucet event on btc.day, offering a total of $1 million worth of $BTC

But it’s not that simple.

A tech expert in the English-speaking community used domain resolution and Fastly CDN configuration to uncover the truth:

You need to complete certain tasks first, such as purchasing their Bitkey hardware wallet or buying and depositing a certain amount of Bitcoin (around $50 threshold) in Cash App, to receive the corresponding reward, with a maximum of $50 worth of BTC.

Forget it, this isn’t free BTC; it’s a carefully crafted marketing stunt.
