Odaily Star Daily News Tether is suing Financial Service company Swan Bitcoin for contractual disputes between the two companies’ BTC Mining joint venture. Tether spokesperson wrote in an email, “Tether and its co-plaintiff 2040 Energy Limited have recently filed a lawsuit against Swan in the High Court of England and Wales.” Tether said, “In our cooperation with Swan, Tether has always upheld integrity, supported common business goals, and complied with all relevant agreements. In contrast, Swan’s behavior is reckless, and their actions have led to a serious breach of our agreement. Therefore, we are forced to take necessary measures to protect our investment.” Swan has acknowledged receipt of the lawsuit, but refused to further comment. “Swan will firmly defend all its rights,” its spokesperson added.
