Boba received $70 million in investment and restored trust with FTX to complete the Token transfer.
Gate News bot message, Layer2 Blockchain Boba Governance Foundation officially announced two latest developments. Boba has secured a $70 million capital commitment from the Awaken Foundation and LDA Capital, which will be used for the ongoing development and ecosystem expansion of Boba Network.
At the same time, the Boba Governance Foundation has reached an agreement with the FTX Recovery Trust, completing the transfer of BOBA tokens held by the trust to the foundation. In exchange, the FTX Recovery Trust also received a special right: the ability to purchase up to approximately 29.4 million BOBA tokens from the Boba Governance Foundation at a price of $0.09 per token over the next 18 months, based on the receipt of other considerations and mutual waivers of claims.
