According to BlockBeats news, on September 29, the Indian encryption trading platform WazirX stated that it submitted a legal opinion to the Singapore court on Friday (September 26, 2025) seeking to promote its restructuring plan and is awaiting further instructions. Previously, on June 5, it was reported that the troubled Indian encryption trading platform WazirX's restructuring plan encountered significant setbacks as the Singapore High Court refused to approve its proposal to repay debts to creditors. This decision will effectively delay the repayment process originally scheduled to begin as early as April 2025. WazirX stated in an email to creditors: “The Singapore High Court has officially ordered the rejection of our proposed restructuring plan.”
