PANews November 11 News, according to official sources, AI demonstration tool developer Gamma has completed a $68 million Series B funding round, with the company’s valuation reaching $2.1 billion. The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), with participation from Accel, Uncork Capital, Script Capital, and South Park Commons. The company uses AI technology to automatically convert text into presentations and social media content. Currently, it has accumulated 70 million users, with over 600,000 paying users, and an annual revenue of approximately $100 million.

Since 2023, Gamma has been consistently profitable, with only 52 full-time employees. Its $12 million funding for 2024 remains unused so far, demonstrating efficient operational capability. The new funds will be used to expand enterprise services (latest enterprise account pricing at $480 per person per year), recruit AI engineers, and develop international business. Founder Grant Lee stated that the company aims to challenge traditional presentation tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides, and is considering acquiring competitors whose products have not achieved product-market fit.
