ChainCatcher news, New York brokerage Clear Street is currently preparing for an IPO, which could happen as early as next month. Goldman Sachs is expected to lead the deal, but the transaction is unlikely to be completed before January. The expected valuation is between $10 billion and $12 billion. Clear Street has become one of the most well-known underwriters for crypto-related stock issuances, including the IPO of Strategy. The company also served as underwriter for Trump Media and Technology Group, which has announced plans to raise billions of dollars to build its own Bitcoin treasury.
