According to Beating Monitoring, LeapMind Growth has completed an angel+ round of financing, led by CMC Capital, with the amount undisclosed. The company was founded in April 2025. Its founder, Ma Ruping, previously worked on user growth at TikTok, Kuaishou, and miHoYo, cumulatively managing growth budgets of over $5 billion. The core team comes from ByteDance, miHoYo, Kuaishou, and Meituan.

The company’s core product, GrowthGPT, is an AI growth agent. After users set their goals and budget boundaries, the agent independently handles ad placement strategy development, ad creative iteration, cross-platform execution, and performance optimization. The system includes built-in budget safety protections and growth memory (business context accumulated across sessions). The longer it is used, the more it becomes tailored to the business. The company claims that in some overseas markets’ cold-start campaigns, once GrowthGPT takes end-to-end control of execution, customer acquisition costs are 70% lower than the target.

Ma Ruping said that his eight years of experience on the client side showed that more than 80% of growth work involves clearly defined rules that can be delegated to an agent; in the past, without suitable tools, they had to rely on adding more people. GrowthGPT aims to systematize this 80%, so people can focus on the remaining 20%—the core decisions. This round is funded by the CMC AI Creative Fund, established by CMC Capital together with Hong Kong Investment Management Limited.
