Golden Finance reported that Ethos, a decentralized social application (DeSo) focusing on bringing reputation and credibility onto the chain, has completed a $1.75 million Pre-Seed round of financing. Web3 angel investors such as Bharat Krymo, James Hall, 0xQuit, Tre, Dingaling, Sighduck, Dragos, 0xMakesy, and Zeneca participated. Ethos Network uses Ethereum’s verification function to confirm the credibility of users for ETH staking. Network participants will receive credibility scores, and the new funds will be used to launch products on Base later this summer.
