VitaDAO founders and DAO jointly launch the "BIO" protocol, aiming to raise funds for scientific research
PANews August 22nd News, according to CoinDesk, VitaDAO, a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) aimed at funding longevity research projects, has launched a new protocol called BIO. This protocol aims to provide funding support for the development and commercialization of new therapies by the global patient, scientific, and biotechnology developer community. The protocol raises funds through DAO and uses the proceeds from token sales to support relevant biotechnology projects, thereby achieving the sharing of intellectual property. BIO raised $6.2 million through its initial Token Generation Event (TGE), with participants including Zee Prime and 1kx, among other venture capital institutions. Details of the second TGE will be announced soon.
