been running agents long enough to learn this the hard way..
they *will* lie to you..
“on it”.. nothing started
“done”.. nothing shipped
“building now”.. vibes only 🤡
so I changed one rule across every agent I use..
never say “done” or “working on it” unless the action has actually started..
every update needs proof → process ID.. file path.. command output.. URL.. something real..
no proof = didn’t happen..
a delayed honest answer is fine.. a fake completion is worse..
now when an agent says something is building.. it actually comes with receipts..

Unpopular maybe.. but ChatGPT 5.2 has been a frustrating LLM for me..
I don’t even know why I’m still subscribed..
It keeps mixing contexts.. pulling random info from everywhere.. and half the time I’m fighting the model instead of getting work done..
I genuinely miss ChatGPT 4o.. that thing just understood what I was trying to do..
might be time to unsubscribe and move on from this one..

tbh.. if Claude going down means you can’t get any work done.. that’s not a tooling issue.. that’s a dependency problem..
You’re not building systems..
You’re renting one brain and hoping it never blinks..
Number one priority right now should be:
• Model-agnostic workflows
• A clean, structured knowledge base
• System prompts you can swap across models in minutes
Relying on a single AI provider for your business is extremely dangerous..
infra breaks.. cycles repeat.. don’t learn this the hard way..

been watching Claude go down again.. elevated errors.. second outage in under 24 hours..
and honestly.. this was inevitable..
when you top the App Store charts overnight.. infra gets stress-tested in real time.. and Anthropic is still “investigating” with no fix yet..
but here’s the real issue no one wants to talk about..
if one AI going down freezes your entire workflow.. you’re not running a system.. you’re running a dependency..
real builders are already doing this:
• model-agnostic setups
• structured knowledge bases
• portable system prompts you can swap across models instantly
relying on

Vibe coding is about shipping.. not perfection..
Get the idea out of your head.. make it work.. iterate later..
Beautiful code can come after.. functional code comes first..
