ChainCatcher の情報によると、Web3 Foundation は Polkadot の公式サポート運営サービスを段階的に終了することを発表しました。公式は、Polkadot エコシステムの継続的な成熟に伴い、戦略の重点が移行すると述べており、中央集権的なサポート機能の拡張から、より直感的で自主性の高い製品やユーザーインターフェースの構築に優先順位を置き、システム設計の観点からユーザーのサポート依存度を低減させる方針です。
今後の予定として、公式サポートの問い合わせフォームはこのアナウンス後も1週間継続して開放され、その後正式に閉鎖されますが、既に提出された残りの工数は引き続き対応されます。AIチャットボットも同時に終了します。なお、既存のサポートページのナレッジベースは一時的に保持されますが、内容の更新やメンテナンスは行われません。今後は、ユーザーの支援とサポート業務は完全に分散型コミュニティに移行し、公式はユーザーに対して Discord、Reddit、Telegram などの Polkadot コミュニティチャネルを通じて支援を受けることを推奨しています。
