During this time, I returned to my alma mater, the University of Hong Kong, with the Gate team to conduct an autumn recruitment campus tour. Talking to twenty-year-old students always reminds me of the confusion I felt right after graduation—back then, finance was all the rage, while the crypto industry hadn't appeared in any curriculum yet.

Today, as students hold their resumes and line up at the Gate booth, I can clearly feel a shift: cryptocurrency has truly become one of their career options. Someone asked me, “Is cryptocurrency a stable job?”

I want to say that maybe no industry can guarantee stability, but crypto can guarantee growth. The growth here is not about the hierarchy of positions, but about the speed at which you evolve with the industry. In this industry, you can refresh your understanding every day, and every attempt is a new possibility.

Rather than saying we are looking for a job, it would be better to say we are co-creating the future. I really like this feeling, how about you?
