Bhutan is spending 860 million to build a Mindfulness City? I can't quite follow that logic. Using BTC for pump and dump? What's the thinking there? 10,000 coins at this scale, trying to dump? That's too exaggerated, don't panic unnecessarily. It's always giant whales and selling pressure, always the same excuses—has it really dropped? I think it's okay that the Bhutan government is holding coins; it's definitely better than some project teams running away. If they were really calculating based on the current price, they would have cashed out long ago. That's definitely not how it's played.
