From the 1-hour chart perspective, gold prices experienced a rapid surge last night, reaching a high of 4374 before pulling back. A long upper shadow formed on the candlestick, indicating a "shooting star" reversal signal, suggesting heavy selling pressure above. After the rally, the market encountered resistance and retreated; currently, it is in a consolidation phase after the surge, fluctuating narrowly around 4333. The retracement candlesticks show alternating small bullish and bearish candles, with small bodies and short upper and lower shadows, reflecting market indecision at current levels and awaiting a clear direction. Previously, there was a sharp upward move with a volume spike on a bullish candlestick, but the upward momentum did not continue, shifting into a sideways correction, which is a "sharp rise followed by a correction" pattern.

The intraday low of 4325 is an important short-term support level. If broken, further decline towards the 4320-4305 range may occur. The first resistance today is at 4368, with a previous high at 4374 above; breaking through could open the way for further gains.
