Stop getting caught up in other people's P&L flexes. Screenshots of gains hit different when they're real—so lock in profits first, then share the wins. That part actually matters.

Action beats noise every single time. Less talking, more doing. Simple as that.

There's no shame in taking profits. Seriously. This whole space has a weird thing where early exits get judged, but you know what? Your financial security comes before any project's performance. Always.

Keep yourself as priority number one. The projects will be fine without your loyalty tax.
