When the bear market arrives, direction is more important than effort. Many people do not understand this principle.

Blind trading will only cause accounts to continue bleeding. Instead of watching the market every day, it's better to proactively hit the pause button—reduce the frequency of opening positions and give yourself some breathing room. The crypto world is very real, but outside of it, there are many joys we overlook. Take a walk, spend time with family, learn something new—life shouldn't be only about candlestick charts.

The worse the market conditions, the easier it is to make wrong decisions in anxiety. Those who lose money every day often become irritable and impatient. It's not worth it.

With 2026 approaching, I hope everyone who persists can find their own rhythm. Add to positions at the right time, rather than being driven by panic. Those who wait patiently often achieve unexpected gains in the end.

You're absolutely right. Working hard in the wrong direction is pointless. I've now paused everything; not checking the market daily has actually improved my sleep quality a lot.

You're right, direction is indeed more important than effort... But to be honest, most people can't even determine the right direction and are still busy opening positions. The core truth is this—blind trading is just giving money to the exchange. I myself was the same; during the bear market, I watched every day, and as a result, my account shrank by 30%. Later, I simply stopped looking, and my sleep quality actually improved quite a bit. But I have to admit, even when I pressed the pause button, I could never press it completely; I always couldn't help but glance at the K-line a few times. This is our fate, I suppose. Those who truly make money are the ones who can stay calm while everyone else is anxious. Wait... Could it be that this is why I am still a rookie?

Well said, really don't stare at the screen until you get depressed.

The group of people who watch the market every day must be freaking out now haha Really, a bear market is a test of patience, not about who has more trades Instead of worrying, it's better to live well. There are so many joys outside the crypto world That's right, choosing the right direction is more valuable than working 996 This is something those who keep cutting their losses every day should hear—it's truly a huge loss

You're right, working hard in the wrong direction is pointless. The pause button metaphor is brilliant; there's really no need to stare at the market every day and drive yourself into depression.

That's right, if the direction is wrong, all efforts are in vain, just like cutting leeks. Blind trading? That's just giving the market makers the leeks. When the account is deeply affected, it's easiest to break the defense.

Exactly right, a bear market is a test of patience. I used to watch the charts every day and made myself depressed. Pressing pause firmly is the way to keep life going. This round definitely requires patience; there's no rush.

That's right, but most people just can't change this habit. Watching the market all day and following the trends ruins their mindset.
