The one-hour chart of Bitcoin's movement is really a step forward and two steps back. It rose for a while, then turned around and looked bearish. This rhythm is making my mentality a bit unstable. I plan to wait until I wake up tomorrow morning to look at the four-hour candlestick chart and see if I can find a clear direction.

I can't take it anymore, my heart hurts badly and I can't sleep. The liquidity in the night trading session is really hard to deal with, and there's hardly any trading volume during the day.
