Many people start to feel anxious after entering the crypto asset market, but there's really no need. How can you invest more rationally? My advice is very simple.

First, participate with disposable income that you can afford to lose, and never go all in. You're not buying a dream of overnight wealth, but rather a confident recognition of the project's prospects. Hold onto it and let time verify your judgment. Anxiety often comes from over-investment.

Second, don't neglect your health. No matter how much money you make, without good health, it's all meaningless. Fitness, sleep, regular health check-ups—these are truly the investments with the highest returns.

Finally, life shouldn't be hijacked by investments. Spend more time with family, do things that make you happy, and maintain diversity in life. Investment should be a part of life, not everything.

To put it simply, making money is that straightforward—right mindset, steady actions, a good life, and everything else will fall into place.

Wake up, brothers, don't all in. That's the root of anxiety. Honestly, fitness prospects are much more reliable than any project, at least you can see the ROI. Family companionship hits the mark; I haven't even had a meal with my mom while staring at the market every day. The idea that a calm mindset leads to steady action sounds simple, but actually doing it is really hard. Actually, don't treat the crypto world as everything; this way, you'll earn more steadily.

That's correct, but I want to add one point — before going all in, do your due diligence first, just like auditing a contract. I've seen too many people go all in without even understanding the project's permission controls, which is not investing, that's gambling. Over-investing leads to anxiety, and not knowing what you're investing in causes even greater anxiety.

No way, I will still go all in... Just kidding haha, actually you're right, I should have listened to this advice a long time ago.

Well said, but some things are really easier said than done... Especially the part about "using spare money," how many people talk about using spare money but end up all in?

That's quite true, but how many people can really do it... The brothers around me who went all in are now watching the market every day, their eyes are red from staying up late.

That's right, going all-in is a gambler's mentality, and you'll learn your lesson sooner or later. Really, don't stay up late watching the market; sleep is the best investment. I love hearing that. Being obsessed with the crypto world is too exhausting. Playing with spare money is the only bottom line. Mindset is easy to talk about but hard to practice.

Well said, but few people can actually follow through... Those who go all in are always the loudest, and only after losing do they start to regret.

Well said. I used to be an anxious guy too, but I later realized that going all in is really just shooting yourself in the foot. Just invest your idle money, don't gamble your life away. I totally agree with good health. I now prefer to earn a little less and get good sleep. Really, staying up late to watch the market is not worth it at all.
