USELESS/USDT has been surging quite aggressively recently, but from a technical perspective, it has already entered an obvious overbought zone with several hidden risks.
Looking at multiple timeframes, the 15-minute RSI has reached 74, indicating a divergence signal; the 1-hour RSI has shot up to 81, clearly in an overheated state; the 4-hour chart is even more extreme, with RSI soaring to 83. These indicators are simultaneously issuing overheat warnings. More importantly, the 1-hour MACD histogram is shrinking, and the volume has decreased significantly—trading volume has plummeted by 91%, which means the momentum to push prices higher is clearly lacking, and subsequent moves may weaken.
**Current Key Levels:**
- The current price is stuck at the psychological and resistance level of 0.1000
- Upper targets are 0.1050 and 0.1100
- Support levels below are 0.0950 and 0.0900
**How to operate?** If the price breaks above 0.1050, consider going long with a target of 0.1100 and a stop loss at 0.1020; conversely, if it falls below 0.0950, switch to a short position with a target of 0.0900 and a stop loss at 0.0980. At the current price level, my suggestion is to wait and not rush into chasing the high.
My personal plan is this—wait for the price to break below 0.0950, then rebound near 0.0980 to open a short position, with a stop loss set at 0.1005 and a target of 0.0900. Given the current market sentiment, I prefer to miss the opportunity rather than make a mistake. Only act after confirmation of a breakout, and the stop loss must be tightly controlled.
