The recent market trends have really been messing with people. Up and down, down and up, the repetitive rhythm is a bit exhausting. Over time, I realized that most opportunities in this market are actually noise—90% of them can't even be called good trends. Staring at the candlestick charts during the day, repeatedly hovering over the buy and sell buttons, in the end, I neither made much profit nor gained anything; instead, I exhausted my energy completely.

Later, I understood that instead of dancing to the market’s tune every day, it’s better to go to the gym for a run or watch an interesting show to pass the time. Adjusting my mindset has made things much easier.

By the way, I recently discovered lotus seed paste buns, and they are simply amazing—probably the best buns I’ve ever had, no doubt. Small happiness in life sometimes feels more healing than watching the market.
