Since its launch in 2018, this Layer 1 public chain has been exploring how to enable regulated financial institutions to adopt blockchain technology. Its modular tech stack provides a lot of flexibility — capable of handling demanding enterprise applications as well as supporting emerging sectors like compliant DeFi and RWA tokenization. Privacy and auditability have been embedded into its core design from the very beginning.

Recently, the Hedger Alpha product was launched, with a straightforward core selling point: implementing private transactions on EVM using zero-knowledge proofs and homomorphic encryption, while ensuring ease of auditing. In other words, the privacy of transaction parties is protected, yet regulators can still access the ledger if needed. This offers a feasible solution for financial scenarios that require both sensitive information protection and compliance. This approach can help some real-world asset tokenization(RWA) and DeFi projects address long-standing challenges — finding a balance between openness and privacy.
