(1) Today’s Market (Themes)

Yesterday’s limit-up stocks performance today

  1. Market Trends and Sentiment

From the intraday chart and Shanghai Composite Index data, today the Shanghai Index opened at 4123.67 points, dipped to a low of 4112.80 points during the day, and reached a high of 4135.84 points, finally closing at 4133.43 points, up 10.29 points, a 0.25% increase. Overall, it showed a bottoming and rebounding pattern with oscillation and a slightly strong trend. In terms of trading volume, the three markets totaled 2.53 trillion yuan, an increase of 111.5 billion yuan compared to the previous trading day, indicating active capital flow and ample market liquidity.
On the gain/loss distribution, 2,060 stocks rose, 138 remained flat, and 3,284 declined, with more falling than rising, indicating clear market structural differentiation. The profit-taking effect is concentrated in a few strong sectors, while most stocks performed weakly.

  1. Sector Rotation and Theme Strength

  2. Strong Themes and Leading Sectors
Industrial mother machines, liquid-cooled servers, solid-state batteries: Frequently featured in intraday hot spots and served as core themes throughout the day. Industrial mother machines benefit from high-end manufacturing policies, liquid-cooled servers align with AI computing demand, and solid-state batteries represent technological iteration in new energy, with high investor recognition. Stocks related to these themes hit the daily limit with obvious effects.
Smart grids, energy storage, humanoid robots: Repeatedly active in the morning and midday, extending the new energy and tech growth sectors, with strong rotation, suitable for short-term capital speculation.
Share repurchase concept: Showed a surge of limit-ups in the afternoon, marked as “Limit-up: 2,” becoming a new focus for late trading funds. Mainly driven by fundamentally stable companies benefiting from buyback news, with some defensive attributes.

  3. Rotation and Weak Sectors
Photovoltaic equipment, CPO, commercial aerospace: Rose early but pulled back later, with obvious capital diversion, characterized by pulse-like movements and weak sustainability.
Chemicals, Tangshan state-owned assets, caustic soda: Showed localized movements in the afternoon but lacked sector effects, mostly individual stock trends, difficult to form a collective force.
From the distribution of gainers and losers, most stocks are in the -3% to 0% range, indicating that most are in slight pullback, with only a few main themes maintaining strength. Market sentiment is cautious, and chasing high is risky.

  4. Market Outlook and Trading Suggestions

The overall market remains in a high-level oscillation zone, repeatedly testing bottom within 4110-4140 points in the short term. High trading volume indicates active capital reallocation.
Short-term strategy: Focus on the three core themes—industrial mother machines, liquid-cooled servers, and solid-state batteries. Prioritize stocks with low entry points and volume breakthroughs, avoid those with high positions and stagnation.
Rotation opportunities: Watch for the sustainability of buyback concepts and low-entry opportunities in new energy sectors like smart grids and energy storage.

Risk reminder: The market has more declines than gains. Strictly control positions, avoid blindly chasing highs. If the Shanghai Index breaks below 4110 points, be alert to further pullback risks.

(2) Yesterday’s Plan

The market is too difficult to trade; plans often change unexpectedly.
Yesterday, the plan was to focus on Qu Xing Toys and Le Kai Films for rebounds and upward moves.

But in the morning, Le Kai Films announced withdrawal during the bidding, abandoning the bid.
Qu Xing Toys couldn’t withstand the main force’s exit; it was doing well but got wrecked by the main players.
In this market, hitting the limit-up stocks has no sustainability; many traders have shifted to aiming for the first limit-up.

(3) Today’s Market Insights

Added:
UCloud: Bought a low position in the afternoon.
Yellow River Whirlwind: Rebounded and hit the limit-up in the morning.
FiberHome Technologies: Saw a 100 million yuan limit-up in the morning; since it can afford losses, I followed along.

Removed:
Wangsu Science & Technology: Didn’t break high all day; in the afternoon, I thought UCloud had better prospects, so I shifted my position from Wangsu to UCloud.

(3) Limit-up Strategy

Ningbo Construction: Rebounded with some momentum but kept exploding afterward, which I don’t quite understand; maybe expecting computing power to flow back tomorrow.
Central South Culture: A one-word to death script.
Xianglong Electric: Fully quantitative ranking, hard to sustain.
Green Power Electric: Name doesn’t sound good.
Yellow River Whirlwind: Looks like a premium stock, weak but not bad, but recent main force actions are unpredictable.
Dingxin Communications: Quantitative manipulation.
Huaneng Power: Stock price too low; recently, low-priced stocks dominate.
Yasheng Group: Impressive, finally some stocks showing quick movement; none came from continuous boards, likely to move tomorrow. Main force seems undecided.
Reis康达: Expected high premium tomorrow, but market is weak; some activity today, but whether it can hold the limit depends on tomorrow.
Guoan Shares: Nice name, but market cap is slightly large.

(4) Tomorrow’s Pre-selection

As usual, this article won’t reach the essence without 7 “like” votes, so I won’t post pre-selection tomorrow. Sorry!
