Guanglian Airlines announces that shareholder Wang Zengduo plans to transfer 14,872,100 shares through an inquiry-based transfer method. All 28 institutional investors subscribed in full. The preliminary transfer price is 27.16 yuan per share. The transferees’ shares cannot be transferred within six months after the transfer. This transfer does not involve a change in the company’s control.
