Hong Kong Express will adjust fuel surcharges starting next Wednesday. The surcharge on flights from Hong Kong to other regions will increase from 140 yuan to 290 yuan, more than doubling; flights to mainland China will remain at 165 yuan. Surcharges for other regions will also be adjusted accordingly.
