Jianshen Group: intends to use idle self-owned funds not exceeding 100 million yuan for short-term investment and wealth management
Everyday AI Express, Jian Sheng Group (SH 603558, closing price: 11.81 yuan) announced on the evening of March 12 that on March 11, 2026, the company held the 25th meeting of the sixth board of directors. The meeting approved the proposal regarding the company’s use of self-owned funds for short-term investment and financial management. The company agreed, under the premise of ensuring normal operational funding needs and safety, to use no more than 100 million RMB of idle self-owned funds to purchase fixed income or low-risk short-term financial products from institutions including but not limited to banks, trusts, securities firms, funds, and insurance companies. The investment period for a single financial product shall not exceed 12 months. The authorization for the short-term investment and financial management shall be valid from the date of approval by the shareholders’ meeting until the next year’s shareholders’ meeting. Within this limit, funds may be reused cyclically, and the company’s president is authorized to make investment decisions. This proposal still requires approval by the company’s shareholders’ meeting.
