On the 12th, a Russian military court sentenced those involved in the terror attack at the “Krokus City” concert hall near Moscow. Fifteen of the 19 defendants were sentenced to life imprisonment, while the other four received sentences ranging from 19 years and 11 months to 22 years and 6 months. According to Russian media reports, the defendants sentenced to life imprisonment include four direct perpetrators of the attack and eleven accomplices responsible for transporting weapons, providing ammunition, and funding the attackers. The four individuals sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment were accused of transferring funds to the attackers and providing them with cars and apartments. The court stated that all 27 civil claims related to the case were supported, with total claims exceeding 200 million rubles (approximately 17.36 million RMB). The Russian Investigative Committee announced that six other individuals suspected of involvement in the terror attack have been placed on international wanted lists, and Russia will continue cooperating with other countries to apprehend the suspects.
