Asia's Largest Indoor Children's Theme Park — Apex Park Set to Debut This Year
March 12 News: Beijing Tongzhou’s major cultural and tourism project, Vertex Park, is scheduled to debut this year. Beijing Haichang Ocean Park is expected to complete its main structure by the end of the year.
As Asia’s largest indoor children’s theme park, Vertex Park is located between Wansheng West Station and Wansheng East Station on Line 7 of the subway. To the east, it is adjacent to Beijing Universal Studios. The total construction area is approximately 72,800 square meters, integrating parent-child entertainment, commercial shopping, and leisure experiences into an international IP indoor theme park complex.
It is reported that Vertex Park will introduce international IP brands such as Hasbro, Mattel, Crayola, and Wobee to create an international IP indoor theme park. The world’s first indoor Peppa Pig Snow and Ice Park will be a major highlight.
In addition to the theme park itself, the project also incorporates a themed hotel, commercial shopping center, and business office center.
Adjacent to Vertex Park, Beijing Haichang Ocean Park is currently conducting underground structural construction, with an expected “zero” milestone in September this year and the main structure expected to be topped out by the end of the year.
This project is a new marine-themed park jointly developed by Tongcheng Construction Group and Haichang Ocean Park. The total building area is approximately 157,000 square meters, with an expected annual visitor volume exceeding 4 million people.
