The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.0843 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares or capital reserve conversion to increase share capital.
During the reporting period, the company deeply integrated into the domestic commercial aerospace industry chain, with significant improvements in core supporting capabilities: its subsidiary Jinghang successfully became a supplier for COMAC, with a steady increase in the proportion of C919 forging components and over 50% in casting support; subsidiaries Hongyuan, Hongshan, Anji, and Liyuan successfully entered the C929 supplier system, with the supporting share of certain commercial aircraft engine casting products continuously rising, further expanding the domestic large aircraft support matrix. The integration of production and research continued to deepen; the company signed joint engineering center and low-cost manufacturing engineering cooperation agreements with SAC and COMAC, significantly improving the efficiency of technological R&D and industrialization integration. The international market development achieved remarkable results, with international subcontracting revenue reaching 916 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13%. The company signed long-term cooperation agreements worth nearly 1 billion yuan with industry leaders like Boeing and Airbus. Aanda was awarded Rolls-Royce’s “High-Performance Supplier Team” title, steadily enhancing its international influence. The commercial business for the year generated revenue of 1.167 billion yuan, with new orders of 1.37 billion yuan, and completed 158 new product developments, achieving dual improvements in commercial aviation support capabilities and market competitiveness.
