March 12 News: Beijing Electronic Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bei Dian Digital") recently completed its Series A financing round. This round was jointly invested by Beijing Zhongfa High-end Precision Innovation and Entrepreneurship Investment Fund, Beijing Advanced Manufacturing and Smart Equipment Industry Investment Fund, Shanghai Xinxiang Technology Co., Ltd. and other state-owned and industrial capital, with original shareholder Beijing Chaoyang Jinguo Rui Equity Investment Fund continuing to follow up. It is reported that the financing proceeds will be used for technology research and development, national market expansion, product iteration, and talent development, injecting strong momentum into the commercial implementation of Bei Dian Digital's AI full-stack capabilities.

Existing shareholder Beijing Chaoyang Jingguo Rui Equity Investment Fund continued to participate. It is reported that the funds will be used for technological research and development, nationwide market expansion, product iteration, and talent development, injecting strong momentum into the commercialization of Beidian Digital Intelligence’s AI full-stack capabilities.
