Pre-market review thoughts

Today’s market, this morning I noted a gap down with pressure, wondering if it could open low and then rise. I remained optimistic. Today the market started showing signs of losing money effects. Electricity stocks had a bit of a rally yesterday; today, divergence and index selling intensified the adjustment, leading to increased selling pressure overall. There was no extreme panic selling. Objectively, it’s still acceptable.

Personal trades
Yesterday bought Carbon Fiber on the Growth Enterprise Market, Guangwei Fumaterials, but sold immediately at open. Took a position in GCL Energy Science and Technology, which surged higher.

Zhongnan Culture 1.61 billion, Kuntai Holdings 563 million (explosive), Hengtian Hailong 448 million, Green Power 348 million (explosive). One-word board is hard to interpret. Recently, new one-word board signals have started showing signs of losing money effects. The top bid in the auction was Yaxiang Integration, possibly related to performance? Not clear. Two stocks with nearly one-word boards: Luxin Technology and Zhengzhou Coal Electricity, both coal chemical companies. The one that can still benefit from the rally is Huadian Energy.

Today’s market key events

1. Indexes: All three major indexes closed with adjustment candles. Today’s gap down failed to recover. Volume was 24.003 billion, down 416 million. Number of advancing vs. declining stocks: 1436:3606, continuing the adjustment trend.
2. Top ten by turnover: 8 red, 2 green. Large-volume stocks performed better than micro caps. Big decline: Huagong Tech, which I mentioned yesterday as peaking. Big gainers: China Power Construction, a low-mid cap in electricity, boosted by large orders. Today’s board was very strong. Will check later which funds bought these. Medium-cap stocks: Shentian Electric, Xinyi Sheng, with morning ideas written, playing the game ahead of next week’s Nvidia GTC conference.

3. Sectors: Chemicals 4800, Wind Power 3900. Today’s market still focused on chemicals and electricity, but the overall index performance was poor, so these sectors were weak. No new developments. Uncertain if these two sectors will continue to dominate or not.
4. Continuous boards: 5 boards, Zhongnan Culture, restructuring stocks with high expectations, ladder-like boards, Huadian Energy, positioning in Green Power, which lost due to its name.
   Nodes: 3.4 index stopped falling, sentiment recovery nodes. Still watching this, but most continuous board stocks are no longer active; most are playing rebound or snake-like retreat.

   (1) Power and energy: continuous boards, 5 boards, Zhongnan Culture, 4 boards, Huadian Energy, high, Yueneng Holdings, today’s limit down. Unclear if this marks the end. Mid-cap: China Energy Construction, China Electric Power Construction, with rebound recognition. GCL Energy Science and Technology, energy storage recognition. Deyue Shares, Shouhang New Energy, Jinlang Technology, Sunshine Power.
   (2) Chemical: recognition, Baichuan Shares, Jinniu Chemical, coal chemicals, Baofeng Energy.
   (3) Domestic AI, storage: Baiwei Storage, Demingli, Jiangbolong, computing power recognition. Hongjing Technology.
   (4) Overseas AI, gas turbines: Changbao Shares, Haio Shares, Wanze Shares, Dongfang Electric, Jereh Shares. Trend sectors, rotation and uplift. Optical fiber: Longfei Optical Fiber, FiberHome, Hengtong Optoelectronics. Liquid cooling: Feilong Shares, Yingweike, Gaolan Shares, Shenling Environment. CPO: Yizhongtian, Huilv Ecology, Shijia Technology. Afternoon movement: Huadian Shares and Nanya New Materials.

6. 20cm: Two stocks hit the 20cm limit-up, again ice point data.

7. 30cm: No limit-up, convertible bonds also no limit-up.

8. 13 stocks hit the limit-down. Popular stocks: Yueneng Holdings, Huasheng Tiancheng, Shunna Shares all limit down. Guangxun Technology has 450 million in sell orders; monitor these stocks on Monday.

9. 10-day gain list: Jinniu Chemical, Zhongnan Culture, Yasheng Group, GCL Energy Science and Technology, Huadian Energy. Energy stocks led yesterday; today, big divergence.

10. 3.4 index stopped falling, sentiment recovery node. Lingwei Technology, Zhongnan Culture, Huacan Optoelectronics, GCL Energy Science and Technology, Huadian Energy. Lingwei Technology showed abnormal movement followed by continuous downward candles.

Today’s post-market best strategy

1. Nearly one-word boards: Luxin Technology and Zhengzhou Coal Electricity are coal chemical stocks. Continuous boards benefiting from the rally are Huadian Energy.
