Bear Electric (002959) recently released its 2025 performance forecast, showing that the company’s operational performance continues to improve. During the reporting period, revenue reached 5.235 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 10%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 401 million yuan, a significant increase of 39% compared to the same period last year. This achievement is attributed not only to the synergistic effects of mergers and acquisitions but also to the ongoing improvement in the company’s internal operational efficiency.

Reviewing the financial data of the past four years, Bear Electric’s net profit has shown a fluctuating upward trend. In 2022, net profit increased by 36% year-on-year; in 2023, the growth rate slowed to 15%; in 2024, affected by market conditions, it declined by 35%, with net profit at 288 million yuan. As the results of strategic adjustments become evident, net profit in 2025 has returned to a high-growth trajectory, increasing by 113 million yuan from 2024, reaching a record high. The management team stated that the scale effect formed after the completion of the integration of the merger and acquisition projects provides strong support for revenue and profit growth.

In terms of operational optimization, Bear Electric has improved profitability through three measures. Adjustments to product structure have driven a steady increase in overall gross profit margin; control of marketing expenses has led to a year-on-year decrease in sales expense ratio, while maintaining stable R&D investment each year. Data shows that the company’s R&D team continues to strengthen its technical foundation, forming a product matrix of five major categories in kitchen small appliances: pot and cooker types, electric heating types, kettles, Western-style, and electric types. Emerging categories such as small household appliances for daily life and personal care appliances are also gradually being improved.

On the corporate governance front, founder Li Yifeng has served as chairman and general manager since 2006, leading the company through multiple strategic transformations. Born in 1970, this technically skilled manager holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology and an MBA from Sichuan University. His career includes experience at well-known companies such as Vanbao Electric and Tianji Electric. In 2024, his pre-tax compensation from the company totaled 1.9093 million yuan, while the company’s estimated average employee salary based on cash flow statements was 122,900 yuan.

As an important player in China’s small household appliance industry, Bear Electric currently covers four major scenarios: kitchen, home, personal care, and maternal and infant products, with a product line of over 20 categories and hundreds of models. Through continuous technological innovation and precise market positioning, the company has established a high brand recognition among young consumers, laying a solid foundation for future development.
