The four directors resigned due to personal reasons, effective from March 13, 2026. Currently, the company’s executive directors are Ke Xionghan and Li Jianli; non-executive directors are Yang Guang (Vice Chairman), He Yongxin, Li Dawei, and Qin Haixia; independent non-executive directors are Chen Zhifeng, Li Bizhi, and Zheng Yuchun.
