Chunxue Food Announcement: The company has purchased state-owned land use rights and associated structures, including concrete ground and car shelters, held by Shandong Chunxue Food Co., Ltd., for a transaction amount of 4.7586 million yuan (including tax). This transaction constitutes a related-party transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not require shareholder approval. The land use rights and associated structures will be used for the construction of the company’s new workshop project.
