Viewpoint.com News: On March 13, Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Real Estate (Group) Co., Ltd. announced that independent director Mi Xuming has applied to resign due to personal reasons.

Mi Xuming has resigned from his position as an independent director and related board committee member. After resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the company. He has been serving since June 30, 2020, and as of the announcement date, he does not hold any shares in the company.

According to the announcement, Mi Xuming’s resignation will reduce the number of independent directors to less than one-third of the board. Before a new independent director is elected by the shareholders’ meeting, Mi Xuming will continue to perform his duties as an independent director.
