Equinix and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) are reportedly close to finalizing a deal to acquire atNorth Holding, a Nordic data center operator. The acquisition of Iceland-based atNorth, currently owned by Partners Group Holding, could be valued at approximately $4 billion, including debt.
