# Which Layer-1 Blockchain Will Outpace Bitcoin's Gains in the Next Bull Market?

**In my opinion: SUI has the strongest potential to outperform BTC.**

## Market Cap Comparison:
- BTC: ~$1.43 trillion
- ETH: ~$254 billion
- BNB: ~$89.9 billion
- SOL: ~$50.5 billion
- SUI: ~$3.97 billion only

## TVL and Ecosystem Growth Comparison:
- ETH TVL: $57.9 billion
- SOL: $7.1 billion (7-day: +11.47%)
- BNB Chain: $5.88 billion
- SUI: $620 million (7-day: +10.86%)

**Summary: SUI has the most upside potential**

Because SUI has the smallest market cap—only ~8% of SOL and ~1.5% of ETH—low-cap L1s typically achieve the highest multiples during bull markets. Both SUI and SOL show the fastest TVL growth, indicating developers and capital are flowing into high-performance chains, while ETH/BNB remain "stable but slow." As an emerging L1, SUI is rapidly closing the gap.

## Rationale:

**① Low Market Cap + High Elasticity (Maximum Upside Potential)**
If BTC rises to $150k-$200k (~2-3x), SUI only needs to return near or exceed its all-time high (analysts predict 3-5x or higher by 2026) to easily outpace BTC's gains.

**② Technical Advantages & Narrative**
Sui uses the Move language (high security, anti-vulnerability), parallel execution, and high TPS (tested 500+, theoretically 10,000+), positioning it as "next-generation Solana." It attracts developers in DeFi, gaming, and stablecoins—unlike BTC (store of value), it has clear "high-performance blockchain" beta characteristics.

**③ Bull Market Rotation Logic**
Currently, BTC dominance is high and altseason hasn't fully kicked off (similar to late 2025). In late-stage historical bull markets, capital rotates from BTC → mature L1s (ETH/SOL) → emerging high-growth L1s (SUI, similar to SOL in 2021). If 2026 enters altseason or liquidity rotations, small-cap chains with strong narratives like SUI benefit most.

**The next bull market (possibly continuing into 2026 or a new cycle in 2028) depends on macro factors (Fed rate cuts, regulation) and declining BTC dominance.**
ETH7.41%
SOL6.22%
BNB2.52%
SUI5.72%
